Yes. All candidates are hired directly by your firm. WizeTalent facilitates and guides the process - the employment relationship is yours entirely.
If your new hire withdraws before their start date, we'll source a replacement at no additional cost. If we can't find a suitable replacement within 12 weeks, you can request a refund on the remaining balance excluding the initial deposit. If your new team member doesn't work out within the first three months, we'll support you in finding a replacement.
Yes. If you decide to hire more than one of our candidates, we offer a 10% discount on the engagement fee for each additional hire. You'll have one week to extend offers to other candidates before our Applicant Tracking System access is closed.
